The 1,580-square-metre Shangri-La Ballroom has a seven-metre ceiling and published capacities of 3,000 for a reception, 2,500 theatre-style and 1,440 for a banquet. The Lotus Ballroom, Spice Rooms and a 500-square-metre outdoor lawn support smaller celebrations and flexible formats.
